I know, I’ve been there, I’ve changed career directions entirely, defying social norms and deviating from what most would consider a rational path.

I’ve walked away from corporate life and a career I knew was so incompatible with my essence that my body was in a state of revolt.

I’ve moved across country for the complete unknown with only the feeling of a faint inner voice urging me on.

I wish I could tell you that I managed all these huge life transitions with complete self-compassion, an abundant amount of grace and assuredness in myself. I didn’t.

The truth is I was wracked with anxiety, limiting beliefs and often backsliding with self-doubt.
